Relaxation Techniques and Meditation

This class is friendly to all regardless of age, race, religion and culture. With an aim to promote meditation as a technique to stay present, participants will be introduced to methods to focus on all senses of the physical body.

RM50/session; RM300/course

Each class will be divided into two parts.

Part 1: Relaxation Techniques
(may vary from week to week)

  • Singing exercise

  • Grounding exercise

  • Gibberish exercise

  • Body movement exercise

  • Reiki exercise

  • Family constellation exercise

Part 2: Meditation


Lian Kian Lek

Kian completed his 10 days Vipassana meditation course in Triebel, Germany in 2012. Ever since then, he has been regularly meditating and has participated in various workshops including Osho’s Dynamic Meditation workshops, Reiki healing course, systemic family constellation therapy and homeopathic medicine. Upon his return to Kuala Lumpur, Kian has conducted several group meditation workshops in Putticoop.
